The bluish sulfurous hot spring, which has been gushing from Wado Era (about 1,300 years ago), is said to be good for various kinds of ills. It is also said that, in Meiji Era (about 150 years ago), the trail to the spa was lit up with the light of torches in the hands of visitors, though the trail to the spa was so steep. This spa is so loved by the local people that even today there are regular visitors visiting here every day. Also there are many repeating visitors from afar. Enjoy the five baths called “Amihari Five Baths”, each of them having different taste, together with the splendor of the large panorama.
