The traditional distillery and sake warehouse “Kimi no Ishuzo” has a history of over 70 years in Myoko. The careful production process of sake using natural yeast and no mashing takes two to four times longer than the usual process and produces an intense, dry taste. Using the abundant underground water of Myoko, the chief brewer himself brews this high-quality rice wine. Here you can find various types of sake suitable for all occasions.
