Kyukamura Hotels

Chirin Island (Chiringashima) is a beautiful uninhabited island in Kinko-Bay located in front of Kyukamura IBUSUKI. About 800m long sand path (sand bar) appears only from October to March when a spring tide or half tide is at low tide, and you can walk across to the island. This island is also known as a spiritual place that is said to bring romance, and a very popular destination for couples and families.

道が出現！知林ヶ島散策

知林ヶ島とは、休暇村指宿の目の前にある錦江湾（きんこうわん）に浮かぶ美しい無人島です。3月から10月にかけて、大潮または中潮の干潮時に、長さ約800mの砂の道（砂州＝さす）が出現し、歩いて渡ることができます。縁結びの島とも言われる人気のパワースポットで、恋人や家族連れの方に人気のスポットです。
