Starting date of the reservation: We can inform the room availability and accept reservation 6 months prior to the check-in date.

If you would like to stay on July 15, we accept the reservation from January 15. (Via website, reservation starts on the next day. In this case, from Jaunary 16.)

If the hotel gets fully booked by phone, we do not sell the room anymore via website.

To guests who have food allergies: In the Kyukamura, we are working on as much as we can to ensure that our guests who have food allergies can enjoy meals safely and securely.

If you have any request, please let us know in advance.

Please note that there is no guarantee that this measure completely removes allergens and does not cause allergic symptoms.

Based on the above, we would like you to make your own decision for using the restaurants.

Credit Card: We accept those credit cards below at the front desk.
Visa / JCB/ NICOS / UC / DC / American Express / Diners Club/ MasterCard / UFJ / TS CUBIC

We cannot accept credit cards at the camping area.

China Union Pay card: At some Kyukamura hotels, we accept China Union Pay card at the front desk.

The hotels below can NOT accept China Union Pay card .

We cannot accept China Union Pay card at the camping area.

Internet Service: Most of the hotels have internet Wi-fi access point in the lobby. Also, an internet capable public computer is available in the lobby for free.

Are people with allowed in public bath or pool?: We kindly ask guests with tattoos to be covered by tattoo cover sticker when you use public bath or swimming pool.
You can buy it at the front-desk or souvenir shop.
