By rail
From JR Morioka station, take JR Yamada Line or Kenhoku Bus. Get off at Miyako Station. Take Kenhoku bus for Kyukamura. About a 25 minute ride. Get off at the last stop.
By car
1. From Tohoku Expressway, Morioka-minami IC, via Route 106 and Route 45, it is about 100 km. Snow chain or winter tire will be required on Route 106 in winter (from December to April). 2. From Hachinohe, via Route 45, it is about 150 km.
