This is a popular experience program, [Experience with Culturing Rafts], in which aquaculture industry actively working out on OHSHIMA Island is actually seen and touched. Well-reputed OHSIMA oyster season will come in fall through winter. Please visit culturing rafts on board local fisher’s boat and enjoy oyster’s growth process, harvest and sampling. Skipper, full of hospitality, creates a pleasurable experience for visitors by not only explaining the cultivation but also by various ways such as fishing experience, feeding black-tailed gull and so on.

Open Year-Round:
※ The experience with oyster culturing rafts is substituted to that of WAKAME sea vegetable after March.
