Superb! Fresh Saury in Miyako

“Sanma (saury)” is one of the typical tastes of autumn in Miyako. Marked by its large size, Miyako’s saury is provided to “Saury Festival in Meguro” in Tokyo. It is most commonly served as “Sumibi-yaki (charcoal-grilled)”, “Otsukuri (sliced and served raw)” or “Tsumire-jiru (fish ball soup)”, and in Kyukamura RIKUCHU-MIYAKO, you can enjoy “Otsukuri” as one of dishes served in Autumn Sanriku Kaiseki .
