I went there on Friday, April 18th, and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom!
Tsuruga Castle is a famous cherry blossom spot with about 1,000 cherry trees (Somei Yoshino),
and it has been selected as one of the "100 Best Cherry Blossom Spots."

The cherry blossoms will also be lit up until May 6th (Tuesday), so why not take this opportunity to enjoy the cherry blossoms both day and night?
