A bass fishing tournament featuring Japan's top professionals will be held at Lake Hibara!

The 4th round of the JB Top 50 will be held at Lake Hibara from September 5th to September 7th!


Lake Hibara, located about 5 minutes from Kyuka Mura, is a popular spot for smelt fishing in the winter, but from April to October it is also a popular lake for black bass fishing.
It is known as a mecca for smallmouth bass in particular, and anyone who loves black bass fishing will want to visit at least once.
Many visitors come to Urabandai during this season to try black bass fishing.

Once again, Japan's top bass pros will be gathering here at Lake Hibara.
Japan's most prestigious tournament, the JB Top 50, will be held from September 5th to 7th. The fourth round will be held at Lake Hibara.

These are the provisional rankings up to the third tournament of 2025.
It seems that many bass pros are currently practicing before the tournament,
and the other day I happened to run into pro Kagiya, who is in provisional first place, at a convenience store.
Then the next day I also saw pro Aoki Daisuke, who is in provisional second place.
