What cross-country skiing is?

クロスカントリーって？

クロスカントリースキーは、ノルディックスキー競技のひとつです。ノルディックスキーとは、北欧のスカンジナビア地方で平地を移動するために発展したスキーのことです。長距離コースを、スキーとポールを使用して滑ります。


Cross-country skiing is one of the Nordic skiing competitions. Nordic skiing is a form of skiing that was developed in the Scandinavian region of Northern Europe to move on flat ground. Skis and poles are used to ski long distance courses.

Kyukamura urabandai`s course

クロスカントリースキー場のコースには、距離や分岐点の標識があるため、初めての方でも迷わずに利用できます。また、開けた場所や小川が流れる側を通る場所もあります。


Cross-country skiing course has distance and junction signs, so even first-timers can use it without hesitation. It also passes through open areas and on the side of streams.

コースの途中で、ウサギの足跡を発見しました！


In the middle of the course, I found a rabbit footprint!
