"Fresh greenery" Nakatsugawa

Thank you for visiting Kyukamura Urabandai's blog today.
I went for a drive to Nakatsugawa Valley during the precious fine weather before the rainy season started!
Nakatsugawa Valley is famous as a spot for autumn foliage, but the current season when the fresh green is dazzling is also wonderful ♪

The Bandai-Azuma Lake Line, which is the access road to the Nakatsugawa Valley, cannot be passed through from the Urabandai side to the National Route 115 side (towards Fukushima City) due to restoration work following last year's heavy rain disaster. Nakatsugawa Valley can only be accessed from the Urabandai side.

Nakatsugawa Valley Rest House is open as usual. You can buy snacks and souvenirs. To Nakatsugawa Valley, it takes about 10 minutes on foot from the walking path next to the rest house.

I looked down the valley from the Bandaiazuma Lake Line and Nakatsugawa Bridge.
The slope is clearly marked by a landslide that seems to have been caused by last year's heavy rain...

Not only can you look down on the Nakatsugawa Valley from above, but you can also get close to the waterfront.
Blue skies, fresh greenery, the murmuring and the chirping of birds. It is sure to refresh you!
Furthermore, at this time of year, Ezoharuzemi is singing in a big chorus.
