いつも休暇村奥武蔵のスタッフブログをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
 
本日は、6月1日より開催しております「鰻×牛フェア」小鉢コーナーのご紹介をさせていただきます。
 
今回のフェアでは、なんと全11種類の小鉢をご用意しております。どれも一口サイズで召し上がりやすく、少しずついろいろなお味を楽しんでいただける内容となっております。全種類お召し上がりいただくと、きっとお腹も心も満たされるはずです！
 
小鉢の内容は以下の通りです：

• さつまいもチップス🍠
  とうもろこし豆腐🌽
  南瓜のクリームチーズ和え🎃
  豆腐の味噌漬け
  ミニトマトのお浸し🍅
  もものすり流し🍑
  ズッキーニとパプリカのマリネ🫑
  焼き茄子のお浸し🍆
  烏賊と胡瓜の梅肉和え🥒🦑
  いちじくの胡麻和え
  夏野菜のテリーヌ

 
どのお料理も、見た目も味わいも夏らしく、季節を感じていただけるよう工夫しております。
 
「鰻×牛フェア」は7月18日までの期間限定開催です。メインの鰻料理では、「ひつまぶし風ご飯」や「鰻茶漬け」などもご用意しております。

Today, we would like to introduce the Appetizer Corner　of our “Unagi (eel) × Beef Fair,” which has been held since June 1st.
 
As part of this special fair, we are offering **11 different kinds of small appetizers**. Each one is served in a bite-sized portion, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors little by little. If you try them all, you’ll surely feel both satisfied and delighted!
 
Here are the lists of the appetizers:
 
* Sweet Potato Chips 🍠
* Corn Tofu 🌽
* Pumpkin with Cream Cheese 🎃
* Miso-Marinated Tofu
* Boiled Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
* Cold Peach Purée 🍑
* Marinated Zucchini and Bell Peppers 🫑
* Dashi-Marinated Grilled Eggplant🍆
* Squid and Cucumber with Plum Sauce 🥒🦑
* Eel and Mustard Spinach with Tofu Dressing
* Summer Vegetable Terrine
 
Each dish is carefully prepared to reflect the flavors and colors of early summer.
 
The Unagi × Beef Fair is until July 18th.　We also serve Unagi Hitsumabushi Rice and Unagi Chazuke (eel and rice with broth).
