今回のブログは、北欧フェアの大人気ビール5種類を一つずつ、わかりやすくご紹介致します。🍺
それぞれ個性があり、飲み比べも楽しめるラインナップです。
 
① ヌグネロブストポーター（Nøgne Ø Robust Porter）
ノルウェーを代表するクラフトブルワリー「Nøgne Ø（ヌグネ・エウ）」が造るポーターです。濃厚なロースト麦芽の香りとコクが特徴で、チョコレートやコーヒーのような風味も感じられる本格派の黒ビールです。
 
② ラピンクルタ（LAPIN KULTA）
「ラピンクルタ」はフィンランドの人気ラガービールブランドで、すっきりとした飲み口と爽やかな味わいが特徴。北欧の自然の水と素材を生かした、飲みやすいビールです。
 
③ カーネギーポーター（CARNEGIE PORTER）
スウェーデンの伝統的なビールスタイル、バルティックポーターのひとつ。通常のポーターとは異なり下面発酵で造られ、深いコクとスムースな口当たりが楽しめる黒ビールです。
 
④ ギネス（GUINNESS ORIGINAL）
世界的に有名なアイルランドのスタウトビール。濃い色とクリーミーな泡、焙煎麦芽の香ばしさとほのかな苦味が特徴で、黒ビール好きには定番の一杯です。
 
⑤ カールスバーグ（CARLSBERG）
1847年創業のデンマークを代表するビールブランド。軽やかでバランスのよい飲み口のラガータイプで、食事との相性も抜群です。世界中でも広く飲まれている定番ビールのひとつです。

In this blog post, we would like to introduce 5 classic Nordic beers.🍺
Each beer has its own unique character, making them perfect for enjoying and comparing different flavors.
 
1) Nøgne Ø Robust Porter 
This porter is brewed by Nøgne Ø, one of Norway’s leading craft breweries. It features rich aromas and depth from roasted malt, with reminiscent flavors of chocolate and coffee. A full-bodied and authentic dark beer.
 
2) Lapin Kulta
Lapin Kulta is a popular Finnish lager brand known for its clean, crisp taste and refreshing finish. Made with Finland’s pristine water and natural ingredients, it is an easy-drinking beer that reflects Nordic simplicity.
 
3) Carnegie Porter
A traditional Swedish Baltic porter. Unlike typical porters, it is brewed using bottom fermentation, resulting in deep richness and a smooth, refined mouthfeel. A classic and well-balanced dark beer.
