6月7日より開催中「世界の肉グリルフェア」小鉢コーナーのご紹介をさせていただきます。
 
今回のフェアでは、なんと全8種類の小鉢をご用意しております。どれも一口サイズで召し上がりやすく、少しずつ色々なお味を楽しんでいただける内容となっております。全種類お召し上がりいただくと、きっとお腹も心も満たされるはずです！
 
小鉢の内容は以下の通りです：

サーモンとセロリのレモンマリネ🍋
きのこマスタードマリネ🍄‍🟫
コーンとトマトのカラフルマリネ🌽
クスクス
彩り豆のクミン風味🫘
生ハムとじゃがいものジェノベーゼ🥔
新じゃがと海老のアイオリソース🦐
トマトとモッツァレラのカプレーゼ🍅
 
 
どのお料理も、見た目も味わいも夏らしく、季節を感じていただけるよう工夫しております。
 
「世界の肉グリルフェア」は7月16日までの期間限定開催です。世界の“おいしい肉料理”が一堂に集結。料理長がこだわり抜いた肉の旨味と香ばしさを、グリルで存分にお楽しみください。
ビーフ、ポーク、チキン、ラムなど、多彩な肉料理をビュッフェでご用意しております。
 
さらに今回は、自分好みの味を選べるソースバーも新登場！
チミチュリ、ヨーグルトミント、ピリピリ、レモンだれなど、日替わりソースで味わいの変化をお楽しみいただけます。

Today, we would like to introduce the Small Dish Corner of our World Grill Meat Fair, which has been running since June 7.

For this special fair, we have prepared eight different small dishes. Each one is served in a bite-sized portion, making it easy to enjoy a variety of flavors. We hope you'll try them all and discover your favorite!
 
Our selection includes:
🍋 Salmon and Celery Lemon Marinade
🍄 Mushroom Mustard Marinade
🌽 Colorful Corn and Tomato Marinade
🥗 Couscous
🫘 Mixed Beans with Cumin Flavor
🥔 Prosciutto and Potato with Genovese Sauce
🦐 Potatoes and Shrimp with Aioli Sauce
🍅 Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese
 
Each dish is carefully prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients to bring you the refreshing flavors and colors of summer.The World Grill Meat Fair is available for a limited time until July 16.
Enjoy a delicious buffet featuring grilled meats from around the world, including beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. Our chef has carefully selected each dish to bring out the rich flavors and aroma of perfectly grilled meat.

We also have a new Sauce Bar, where you can customize your meal with a variety of sauces. Enjoy different flavors such as chimichurri, yogurt mint, spicy piripiri, and lemon sauce, with selections changing daily.
