Kyukamura Iwate Amihari Onsen is located 50 minutes by shuttle bus from Morioka Station.
 

General Information Center
Interpreter-guides will be available for foreign visitors from 5:30 pm each evening during the Sansa Odori Festival period, at the general information center, near the midpoint of the parade route (just in front of Kita-Nippon Bank Head Office Bldg.) on Chuōdōri street.

さんさ踊り期間中、毎日午後5時30分より、中央通りのパレードルートの中間地点付近（北日本銀行本店ビルのすぐ前）にある総合案内所にて、外国人観光客向けの通訳ガイドが常駐します

 Join the band
Audience participation is actively encouraged in Sansa Odori. During the final half hour for the first three nights and the last hour for the final night of the event, parade-goers are invited to join in. Instead of marching, people dance in circles around floats that carry featured performers.

さんさ踊りでは、観客の参加が積極的に奨励されています。イベントの最初の 3 日間の最後の 30 分間と、最終日の最後の 1 時間に、パレード参加者は参加するよう招待されます。行進する代わりに、人々は注目のパフォーマーを乗せた山車の周りを輪になって踊ります。
