秋の北海道フェア2026 ～10月はチーズ料理をご紹介！～
皆様こんにちは！
いつも休暇村奥武蔵のスタッフブログをご覧いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
2026年の「北海道フェア」では、月ごとにテーマを変えて、いろいろなお料理をご用意しています。9月は「海鮮」、10月は「チーズ」、11月は「肉」がテーマです。
今回は、10月1日から新しく登場したチーズ料理をご紹介します！
① 北海道産山わさびとクリームチーズのカナッペ
焼いたフランスパンの上に、クリームチーズと北海道産の山わさびをのせています。クリームチーズのまろやかな味と、山わさびのピリッとした辛さがよく合います。ひと口サイズなので食べやすく、前菜にもおすすめです。
② 北海道小豆のマスカルポーネティラミス
タルト生地に北海道産の小豆を入れ、その上に、なめらかなマスカルポーネチーズをのせ、仕上げにココアパウダーをかけています。
小豆のやさしい甘さと、マスカルポーネチーズのクリーミーな味わいがよく合います。
ココアパウダーのほどよい苦みがアクセントになり、さらにおいしく楽しめます。
和風の小豆とイタリア生まれのマスカルポーネチーズを組み合わせた、少し珍しいデザートです。
③ ラクレットチーズピザ
トマトソースをベースに、ピーマン、じゃがいも、ベーコンをトッピングしたピザです。とろ～り溶けたラクレットチーズは、濃厚でとてもおいしいです。ベーコンのうま味と、ホクホクしたじゃがいもがチーズによく合います。
ピーマンも入っているので、彩りもきれいです。チーズが好きな方には、ぜひ食べていただきたい一品です。

At the 2026 “Hokkaido Fair,” we are offering different dishes each month with a different theme. The theme for September is “Seafood,” October is “Cheese,” and November will be “Meat.”
This time, we would like to introduce some new cheese dishes that started on October 1st!
① Hokkaido Mountain Wasabi and Cream Cheese Canapé
This canapé is made with grilled French bread topped with cream cheese and Hokkaido mountain wasabi. The mild and creamy taste of the cream cheese goes very well with the spicy taste of the mountain wasabi. It is bite-sized and easy to eat, so it is also a great choice as an appetizer.
② Hokkaido Azuki Bean Mascarpone Tiramisu
This dessert is made with a tart crust filled with Hokkaido azuki beans, topped with smooth mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder. The gentle sweetness of the azuki beans goes very well with the creamy mascarpone cheese. The cocoa powder adds a nice chocolate flavor and makes the dessert even more delicious. It is a unique dessert that combines Japanese-style azuki beans with Italian-style mascarpone cheese.
③ Raclette Cheese Pizza
This pizza has a tomato sauce base and is topped with green peppers, potatoes, and bacon. The melted raclette cheese is rich, creamy, and very delicious. The savory taste of the bacon and the soft, fluffy potatoes go very well with the cheese. The green peppers also add a beautiful color to the pizza. If you love cheese, we definitely recommend trying this dish!
