Hello everyone, this time I would like to introduce one of the cherry blossom viewing spots in Fukushima, the weeping cherry blossoms on the Chuchu Line . The weeping cherry tree on the Nichisen Line is a promenade that was built on a part of the site of the former National Railways Nichisen Line, which was discontinued in 1984. The promenade entrance is a 5-minute walk west of Kitakata Station, and the total length is about 3 kilometers. Approximately 1,000 weeping cherry trees are planted across the park, making it one of the largest rows of weeping cherry trees in Japan. In addition, the steam locomotive that was running at that time is displayed near the halfway point.
I visited the daytime line the other day on the evening of 4/5.
At that time, the cherry blossoms were still in bloom for 5 minutes,
but depending on the location, there were cherry blossoms that were almost in full bloom,
so I was able to fully enjoy the cherry blossom viewing.
The weeping cherry blossoms were in the above situation,
but now is the best time to see the cherry blossoms! !
There were many people enjoying cherry blossom viewing in the surrounding parks.
I also recommend shots of SL and weeping cherry blossoms,
but I was able to take good photos with cherry blossoms.
Many cherry-blossom viewing spots in Fukushima Prefecture are in full bloom.
At Kyukamura Urabandai , we update the flowering situation at the front desk in order to inform our guests of the flowering as soon as possible .
Please refer to it when you go to cherry blossom viewing!
