Heavy traffic is expected during the festival, particularly after 3 p.m. on weekends and holidays, which may cause delays in arrival. We recommend planning to arrive earlier in the day. Additionally, due to a shortage of bus drivers this year, the number of bus services is limited, and there may be situations where buses are full and can not accommodate additional passengers. If possible, we suggest using a rental car or taxi for transportation instead of relying on the bus.
 
There are also other options, such as the fully reserved “Hyoto BLUE LINER” operated by Hokkaido Chuo Bus and the “Free Shuttle Bus for KYUKAMURA SHIKOTSUKO Guests” available on select dates. Please note that these buses have limited seating and are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible after booking your accommodation.

2. Free Shuttle Bus for KYUKAMURA SHIKOTSUKO Guests
 
• Bus operation dates: February 1, 8, 15, 22, and 23 (limited to 5 days)
• Route: New Chitose Airport ⇔ KYUKAMURA SHIKOTSUKO
• Boarding location: Near Bus Stop 1, Designated Boarding Area
• Meeting point: New Chitose Airport, departs at 11:30 a.m.
 (return trip from KYUKAMURA SHIKOTSUKO departs at 10:15 a.m. the next day)

Please make your reservation by 6:00 p.m. the day before your travel date. The bus has a capacity of 25 passengers, and reservations will close once capacity is reached (advance reservations required).
